Eric Forain is an HR executive with over 20 years of experience in human resources strategy, change management, and digital HR transformation. They held various roles at Michelin, including HR Manager for special projects and Head of HR for an industrial unit, where they oversaw recruitment, development, and employee relations. Prior to Michelin, Eric worked at IBM as a Professional Development Manager and at PwC Consulting as a Senior Change Management Consultant.
