Florian Saindon is a Supply Chain Manager at Michelin Motorsport, where they have been managing a team of 20 and overseeing global supply chain and logistics operations since 2013. Over the past decade at Michelin, Florian has gained extensive experience in various roles, including Inventory Manager and Capacity Planning, focusing on inventory reduction and process improvement. They are a key member of the executive committee and have implemented strategic supply chain solutions across several plants and business lines.
