Frances Arns

Frances Arns is a dedicated professional in sustainable development and business strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability for Michelin in East Asia and Oceania and as Chairperson for One Percent Collective, Frances actively engages stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives across the region. Previously, Frances held the position of Executive Director at RainbowYOUTH, where they led advocacy for queer and gender-diverse youth in Aotearoa, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte focusing on customer strategy and design. Frances began their career at ASB Bank, where they developed a strong foundation in corporate strategy and finance through various roles, including Corporate Strategy Analyst. Frances earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and completed an exchange program at the University of Sydney.
