H. Wayne Bennett

H. Wayne Bennett, CMRP, MBA, is currently the Engineering and Reliability Manager at Michelin North America, a position held since 2017. With a background in the automotive industry, they have developed expertise in negotiation, operations management, sales, and team building. H. Wayne graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017, after previously earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution. They also hold an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne. Before their current role, H. Wayne worked at Michelin in various capacities, including Electrical Controls Technician and Plant Reliability Manager.
