Jerry Smith has over four decades of experience in maintenance management at Michelin North America, currently serving as the US10 Plant Maintenance Manager for Earth Mover Tires. In this role, Jerry oversees plant maintenance and equipment reliability across Michelin's North American plants, applying extensive expertise in manufacturing maintenance tools and techniques.
