Johan Cordonnier is currently the Directeur de site at Michelin, having held various roles including Responsable UAP assemblage et Préparation and responsible for integration of personnel. Johan has overseen multiple Michelin sites, managing teams of up to 700 personnel and leading efforts in production, quality, and employee integration. Before joining Michelin, Johan worked at Faurecia as Responsable UAP of the JAT site. Johan earned an engineering degree in Management and Production Optimization from Ecole des Mines de Douai.
