Jok Sousa

Jok Sousa is currently a Production Supervisor at Michelin, overseeing production operations while emphasizing safety, health, quality, and training. With a strong background in people management and process development, Jok has previously held roles such as Tec. de Desenvolvimento at Companhia Siderurgica Nacional and various supervisory positions within CSN, including Supervisora de Escoamento de Linhas a Frio and Supervisora de Movimentação Logistica. Jok holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Sul Fluminense and advanced degrees in Quality and Productivity and Production Engineering Management. Additionally, Jok contributes to the community as a mentor in the Mentoria Cidadã project.
