Jonathan Pena

Jonathan Pena, M.S., is a Senior Materials Industrialization Engineer at Michelin, having previously served as a Materials Process Engineer within the company. Jonathan has extensive experience in the industrialization process of rubber mixes and raw materials, and acted as a liaison between the plant and R&D team. They also taught Conversational English and mathematics at various educational institutions and held an EHS Intern position at Merck. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University.
