Josh Gross is a seasoned industrialization and qualification expert with experience as a rubber compounding process engineer and capital project manager. They worked at Michelin from 2019 to 2024, where they held various roles, ultimately serving as RDM responsible for the local industrialization of materials and finished products. Josh also gained early engineering experience as an intern at BHP Billiton in 1999. They earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Currently, Josh serves as the deployment manager for an internal software project.
