Laura Xu has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific and Chief Administrative Officer for Greater China at Michelin since December 2013. In this capacity, Laura oversees IT operations across multiple regions and manages service functions including customer service, accounting, and process engineering. Previously, Laura held various director-level positions at Michelin, focusing on IT infrastructure and business process improvement, while also managing significant budgets and strategic outsourcing contracts. Laura's career includes roles at iUniverse, Inc., Ariba, and Prophet 21, alongside a solid educational background with a Master's in Technology Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Accounting from Cedar Crest College.
