Lois Liang

Lois Liang is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a career spanning over a decade. Since October 2021, Lois has served as a Training Manager at Michelin, responsible for implementing training policies and supporting talent development initiatives in Greater China. Prior to this role, Lois worked at BASF in various capacities, including Senior Officer and Assistant Manager for Learning & Development, where responsibilities included designing graduate trainee programs and facilitating training for talent engagement. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Support member at Robert Walters and as an SSAT Test Coordinator and Teacher/Education Consultant at Shanghai CIIC Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. Lois holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Shanghai Normal University, obtained in 2009.
