Matthew Lucci is a Plant Techno Leader for Material Industrialization at Michelin, where they are responsible for the industrialization of complex material projects across multiple sites. Previously, Matthew served as a Process Quality Engineer at Michelin from 2018 to 2021, focusing on quality planning and risk analysis. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Engineer Level II at FN America, LLC from 2012 to 2018, where they led successful NADCAP certifications and optimized processes. Matthew is currently pursuing a PMBA at the Darla Moore School of Business, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering at Virginia Tech in 2012.
