Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith is currently a Maintenance Manager at Michelin, overseeing maintenance operations and managing personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance. Previously, they served as a Maintenance Operations Engineer and Supervisor at DRÄXLMAIER Group, where they focused on improving manufacturing processes and machine reliability.
