Michael O'Leary has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as an Industrial Supply Chain – New Product Planner and Supply Chain Manager at Michelin since June 2016. In this role, Michael leads a lean team of mold production planners for over 12 tire production sites and has acted as the zone ERP project manager for North America since the 2018 implementation. Prior to Michelin, Michael worked at Okuma America Corporation from June 2011 to June 2016 as a Planning/Service Parts Coordinator, where responsibilities included serving as the primary buyer/planner for CNC spare parts in the Americas and leading initiatives to enhance the fill rate of core parts. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (International) from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
