Mike Oster has over 30 years of experience in learning, development, and human resources, primarily with Michelin since September 1992, where Mike currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development for North America. In this role, Mike leads L&D teams to enhance organizational impact. Previous positions at Michelin include Leadership Development Manager and Facility Human Resource Manager, focusing on leadership programs, high-potential leader development, and plant HR activities for a new tire manufacturing facility. Earlier in their career, Mike served as a Project Engineer for the US Navy, contributing to the construction and launch of the USS George Washington. Mike holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
