Nicolas Chalayer has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, currently serving as the Lead Process Engineer Supply Chain at Michelin since January 2008. Key roles have included managing end-to-end studies for semi-finished products and overseeing product owner teams. Nicolas has developed the KBT application for loading truck preparation, coordinated supply chain solutions for various regions, and participated in agile development initiatives. Prior to Michelin, Nicolas held positions at ALTEN, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, and PSA Peugeot Citroën, gaining a robust foundation in project management and logistical optimization. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Project Management from the Université d'Angers and additional degrees in logistics and transport management from UVSQ and Université d'Orléans.
