Nicolas TRAN is a Virtual Tyre Modeller at Michelin since March 2024. Previously, Nicolas conducted a Master Thesis at Cranfield University, focusing on the development of a Vehicle Dynamics Model, which included a literature review, multibody model creation, and sensitivity analysis of suspension parameters. Nicolas also gained experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern at SFC, and as the Manager and Project Manager for the Formula Student team at Vinci Eco Drive, where responsibilities included modelling components of a formula student car. Additional experience includes a delivery assistant internship at KOSC Telecom. Nicolas holds a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering from Cranfield University and an Engineering Degree in Computational Mechanics and Modelling from ESILV.
