Philip Gerber

Philip Gerber is an experienced project manager and engineer with a strong background in capital project management and process quality improvement. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Michelin since January 2017, Philip oversees projects from initiation to results evaluation. Previously, as a Process Quality Engineer at BFGoodrich, Philip led multiple initiatives focused on enhancing shop performance, safety, and quality. Philip's career began with internships and co-op positions at Michelin and Kimberly-Clark, where knowledge in mechanical engineering and process optimization was developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an Academic Honors Diploma from Bluffton High School.
