Robert Wilder is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on total rewards and employee benefits. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards for North America at Michelin since February 2019, Robert previously held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at Chip Ganassi Racing Teams from August 2017 to February 2019. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Continental from July 2004 to August 2017 included the role of Director of HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, Mobility, and Recruiting for the Americas. Robert’s career also encompasses leadership positions at Watson Wyatt as Southeast Health & Welfare Practice Leader and as a Health & Welfare and Retirement Consultant at Hewitt Associates Ltd. Educationally, Robert holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from The University of Alabama.
