Ryan Carter

Ryan Carter is a dynamic operations leader with nearly a decade of experience driving performance and enhancing manufacturing efficiency. Currently serving as the Business Unit Leader at Michelin, Ryan manages a large team and is responsible for the plant’s tire-building operations, achieving significant increases in daily output and maintaining a high-trust culture among staff. Previously, as the Director of Operations at LaPorte's Products from 2018 to 2023, Ryan drove substantial revenue growth and implemented innovative processes that boosted capacity and quality. Ryan's early career includes roles as a Sales and Manufacturing Intern at LaPorte's Products and an Assistant Team Leader at Frankie's Fun Parks, along with gaining valuable experience in program management during an internship at TRU Simulation. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
