Simone Miatton

Simone Miatton currently serves as the Group Employee Experience Manager and has held various leadership roles within Michelin since joining the company in 1997, including CEO of Michelin Italy and Director of HR Italy. Prior to these positions, Simone served as Plant Manager for the Cuneo plant and Manufacturing Manager. Simone's extensive experience in project and shop management has been supported by educational achievements, including a General Management Program from ESCP Business School in 2009 and an Engineering degree in Aeronautical from Politecnico di Torino, completed in 1995.
