Sylvain Morival

Sylvain Morival has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and maintenance, beginning with a tenure at Meca Passion from July 2002 to August 2009 as a maintenance technician for recreational boats, where responsibilities included engine assembly and troubleshooting. Since March 2011, Sylvain has been a recruitment officer at Michelin, specializing in the recruitment of professionals in mechanical design, R&D, and process automation. Additionally, in February 2015, Sylvain held the dual roles of composite product designer and special machine development officer within Michelin, leading a team in the development and implementation of innovative cooking processes and machinery.
