Tyler McLeod

Tyler McLeod is a Business Unit Leader at Michelin North America, bringing 15 years of experience in lean manufacturing with a strong foundation in training, safety, and production management. Currently managing a team of approximately 50 direct reports, Tyler focuses on coaching, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Previously, Tyler has held roles as a Training Coordinator and Site Safety Specialist within Michelin, facilitating employee onboarding and managing safety systems for a large workforce. Tyler holds a Certified Quality Technician degree from Nova Scotia Community College and has furthered education in Health, Safety, and Environmental Processes.
