Venus Garg is a Segment Program Manager for LCV at Michelin, where they have served as General Manager of R&D Asia since 2011, focusing on people and project management, worldwide regulations, and product compliance. Prior to this, Venus was the Head of Homologation at BMW India from 2006 to 2011, overseeing vehicle homologation and government regulations. They began their career as a Project Engineer at The Automotive Research Association of India from 2003 to 2006, managing test cells for engine and emission testing and contributing to the formulation of government regulations. Venus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and an Executive MBA in Operations from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
