Vera's career includes strategic roles at companies such as Ingersoll Rand, Kidde-Fenwal, and Schneider Electric, where they implemented safety and compliance programs and led teams to achieve significant reductions in injury rates. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Vera possesses multiple certifications, including PSP, and is currently pursuing additional professional certifications.
