Vimukthi Herath

Vimukthi Herath is currently the Proximity Development Partner and Employee Experience Manager at Michelin Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, where they have been instrumental in enhancing employee engagement since 2026. Prior to this role, Vimukthi served in various human resources capacities at Michelin, Camso, and Pyramid Lanka, building a solid foundation in HR management and administration. Vimukthi began their career as a Trainee Banking Assistant at the Bank of Ceylon and later completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Kelaniya, graduating in 2017.
