Shailesh VS currently serves as the General Manager of Operations at Michell Bearings since September 2019. Prior to this role, Shailesh held the position of GM Manufacturing at San Engineering and Locomotives Co Ltd from April 2014 to August 2019, overseeing the manufacturing function. Earlier in their career, Shailesh was the Plant Manager for Operations at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Ltd from February 1993 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing production, planning, subcontracts, and production engineering.
