Having worked in public and private mental health services, as a clinician, leader, manager and supervisor I deeply understand the demands of our sector and am committed to working with health professionals who are committed to be of service to the community.

I appreciate that we are all learning and benefit from psychologically safe, practical and tailored learning. I have created unique, engaging and highly transformative programs that are designed to provide your workforce with wisdom, insights and skills that help services and teams flourish. I believe that everyone can benefit from building greater self-awareness, self-compassion and self-leadership.

I strongly believe that to offer the best services, employees and teams need to be supported and empowered, and celebrated for sharing their expertise and training for the benefit of their clients. 

Being able to thrive at work is a right of every employee and a responsibility of every workplace.  Workplace culture is an ongoing project, positively inspired and driven by leaders with the collaborative input of all staff.

I passionately believe that employees should learn to be resilient to cope with the mental and emotional wear and tear of the clinical work, not have to learn to be resilient due to excessive demands or a toxic culture

As an author, speaker, trainer, facilitator and mentor, I apply neuroscience and emerging psychological research to ensure future organisational success is built aligned with employees’ potential and wellbeing, not at their expense.
