Adam Quint

Adam is an Associate in the Corporate team, based in our Bristol office and working across the firm's Bristol, Exeter and London offices. Adam acts for companies and individuals and assists with a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, company reorganisations, governance advice and general corporate matters.

Adam studied law at the University of Exeter before completing his Legal Practice Course in Bristol. Adam then completed his training contract at Michelmores, undertaking seats in the Corporate and Commercial, Education and Private Client teams across the firm's Exeter and Bristol offices. He also has experience in advising charities and not-for-profit organisations after working in a national firm's Charities department.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys trying his best to keep active through various activities, particularly enjoying running and yoga.
