Ben Hogan

Ben is a Partner in the PPP & Projects team at Michelmores. Ben is highly ranked as a notable practitioner in Chambers and Partners and recognised as a leading individual in The Legal 500.

He joined Michelmores in 2014 having previously worked at a major law firm in New Zealand and both Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary LLP in London.

Ben specialises in infrastructure and commercial projects in a broad range of sectors including waste, health, education, transport, energy and electronic identification for a varied client base including multinational corporates, lenders, local authorities and charities. As an Accredited Member of the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management, Ben has particular knowledge of the waste and resource management sector, as evidenced by his involvement in some of the most high profile waste PPP projects to close in the UK in recent years (including North Yorkshire Waste PPP Project, Essex Waste PFI Project and Gloucestershire Waste PPP Project).
