Benjamin Dalton

Benjamin qualified in 2013 and has expertise in a wide range of contentious matters with a primary focus on agricultural property litigation. He is experienced in residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, adverse possession and property damage cases. He also regularly handles partnership and trust disputes including claims relating to proprietary estoppel.

Benjamin studied Law at the University of Leicester and completed my LPC at UWE in Bristol. Prior to joining Michelmores, he worked for a large national firm dealing with both residential and commercial property claims.

Benjamin is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
