Caroline Bamford

Caroline is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team and also heads the company formation and Company Secretarial Services team.

She qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2015 and a CG Affiliated Member of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.

She specialises in company and partnership law, deals primarily with company formation and administration, corporate governance and statutory compliance which include advising on directors and company secretaries' duties and responsibilities, assisting with organisation of board affairs and shareholders affairs, updates and advice in respect of key changes to company law made by the Companies Act 2006.

She frequently undertakes company formation for businesses setting up in the UK, including transactions with an international element.

She also assists in corporate transactions, including share schemes, investments, restructuring or reorganisation, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
