Charlotte Curtis

Charlotte is a property litigation specialist. She has experience in all aspects of contentious property law within commercial and residential contexts. Charlotte acts for corporate owners and occupiers, high net wealth individuals, developers and estates. Charlotte will readily tackle the complexities of a technical property whilst providing clients with commercial, strategic, objective focussed advice. Charlotte acts for clients in an advisory capacity, actively seeking out and finding solutions to resolve disputes at an early stage or to overcome issues in transactions, but she is also adept at navigating proceedings at court and tribunal when litigation is necessary. Charlotte has developed a reputation as a team player and is actively sought out by colleagues and clients because of her responsive, collaborative and pragmatic approach.

Charlotte is based in our Exeter office, works reduced hours and lives in Exeter which means that she can make the most of everything the city and its surrounds have to offer; great beaches, some of the best pubs and restaurants in the Country and a (normally) great rugby team.
