Elizabeth Dickinson

Elizabeth is an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing team and joined Michelmores in January 2018. Liz has been working in the residential property sector in Exeter since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, having studied Law at the University of Exeter.

Liz undertakes all aspects of residential property work including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of registered and unregistered titles, new build purchases, various Help to Buy Schemes, granting of leases, adverse possession, mortgages and re-mortgages, buy to let and matrimonial property matters. Liz is also part of the New Homes Conveyancing team.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys reading, running and spending time with her young daughter.
