Gail Bedford

Gail is a Senior Associate in the South West Transactional Real Estate team, specialising in residential development work. Gail works with both local and national house builders on a range of commercial property, land and development matters – from strategic land acquisition for residential development through to site assembly for open market plot sale and affordable housing disposal.

Experienced in dealing with contracts conditional on planning, option agreements and development agreements, Gail also has particular expertise in setting up freehold and leasehold residential development schemes. In addition, Gail advises in commercial landlord and tenant matters and has experience acting for both private and commercial clients.
