Holly Newberry

Holly is a Senior Paralegal in the South West Transactional Real Estate Team having joined Michelmores in 2013.

Holly has experience working with both local and national house builders assisting developer clients with assembling development sites for residential plot sales and affordable housing disposals. Holly also has experience dealing with all aspects of each individual plot sale.

In addition to the above, Holly also undertakes a range of commercial real estate work for private and public sector clients, including commercial development, acquisitions and sales of freehold and leasehold property, as well as the granting commercial leases.
