Joanna Damerell

Joanna is a Partner, and Head of the Commercial Development team. She is ranked in Chambers and Partners and recognised as a notable practitioner.

She joined Michelmores in 1990, and specialises in all aspects of real estate, with a particular interest in property development. She advises on land acquisition, disposal, funding, development, forward letting, forward sale, overage, Landlord and Tenant and the associated estate management issues.

Joanna advises a higher education institution, which is a member of the Russell Group of Universities, on development and estate management issues. She is also Head of the Care team and is actively involved in the property aspects of the sale, acquisition and funding of all types of businesses within the Care sector.
