Lisa Benham

Lisa is an Associate in the Disputed Wills and Trusts team. She joined Michelmores in 2016, with over 13 years' experience as a litigator.

Lisa is experienced in dealing with disputes arising out of the administration of an estate, including claims for financial provision from a deceased's estate pursuant to The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenging wills/defending challenges to wills on the grounds of lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence and lack of knowledge and approval.

She also has experience in advising on the removal of Executors who are in breach of their duties and on the rectification of wills where a will does not represent the deceased's intentions.
