Louise Peters

Louise is a Partner and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Team, and also Head of the New Homes and Retirement Living Conveyancing Team.

She joined Michelmores in 2004, having studied Law at the University of Exeter.

Louise is experienced in all aspects of residential property work, including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, new build, retirement properties, re-mortgages, buy to let, equity release, equity transfers and shared ownership.

Louise's particular area of expertise is acting for individuals on mid and high value residential property transactions.

Louise quickly establishes rapport with clients, and offers a no-nonsense, straightforward approach to conveyancing.
