Louise Troake

Louise is a Senior Conveyancing Assistant and has worked at the Sidmouth Office of Michelmores since 2001.

Louise's role is to assist Pam Gardner in the Sidmouth Conveyancing Team which includes the preparation of Contracts and documents regarding the sale of properties and obtaining searches and preparing necessary legal forms on purchases. Louise deals with the exchange and completion process of transactions together the work required by the Land Registry following completion.

In her spare time, Louise enjoys walking the coastal paths around East Devon, cookery and socialising with her family and friends.
