Nicole Hambleton

Nicole is an experienced Paralegal working with both the Employment and the Immigration teams.

Nicole advises businesses on all aspects of contentious and non/contentious employment law, and has experience in a range of litigation matters including: discrimination; unfair dismissal; and whistleblowing claims. In addition, Nicole has a wealth of experience in advising and assisting businesses with UK immigration issues and applications. She has a keen interest in Sponsor Licence, Skilled Worker visa, Intra- Company Transfer visa and Tier 1 (Investor) visa applications. Most recently, Nicole has been assisting our clients with applications under the EU Settlement and Frontier Worker Permit Schemes.

Outside of work, Nicole's interests include horse riding, cycling, yoga, cooking and reading (although this is generally limited to the works of Jon Ronson!)
