Rachael Lloyd

Rachael is a Senior Associate in the Employment team.

She joined Michelmores as a Trainee in September 2011, and qualified into the Employment team in 2013. She is a member of the Firm's Food & Drink team.

Prior to joining Michelmores, Rachael studied Law and Music at the University of Exeter, before completing the LPC at Cardiff Law School. She then worked for two years at Wales' largest law firm in Cardiff, specialising in healthcare law.

Rachael advises businesses on all types of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including employment Tribunal claims, contract and policy drafting, and redundancy processes.

Rachael is a keen musician and is a member of the Michelmores choir, as well as the Firm's in-house band, The Disclaimers, in which she plays saxophone.
