Richard Honey

Richard is a Partner, and Head of the Asset Management team.

He joined Michelmores in 2000, from City firm Nabarro.

Richard's experience covers both the private and the public sector, giving him an insight into both mindsets.

On the private sector side, he has advised on office, retail (including acting for landlords of a number of significant shopping centres) and industrial properties, acting for institutional investors and occupiers.

For the public sector, he advises police forces, central government departments, executive agencies and non-departmental public bodies.

Richard has extensive experience in all areas of sales, purchases, lettings and developments, as well as asset management (a number of his clients have nationwide estates). In particular he has advised on complex real estate development projects and high value (and often politically sensitive) acquisitions and disposals.
