Sadie Pengilly

Sadie's role within the Residential Property HUB includes opening new files, drafting contracts, obtaining documents from the Land Registry, obtaining Searches on purchase files, putting together Legal Reports, obtaining redemption statements from Mortgage Lenders, dealing with exchanges and completions and submitting new registrations at the Land Registry.

Sadie has had previous roles within Residential Conveyancing with Everys and Stephens Scown.

In her free time, Sadie is the skittles captain at her local social club and she enjoys watching motorcycle sports.
