James Lin

James Lin, CFA, is a CFA charter holder and Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and audit compliance. Currently, James works as a Merger and Acquisitions professional at Retail Food Group, where they lead end-to-end transaction execution and develop financial models. Previously, James held roles at KPMG Australia as an Assistant Manager and Executive in external audit and transaction services. In addition to obtaining a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, James has enhanced their skills with the FMVA certificate, focusing on financial modeling and asset valuation.
