Queena Hoang, Ed.D. is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Senior Program Manager for Student Basic Needs at The Michelson 20MM Foundation. Prior to this, Queena worked as a Practitioner-Researcher at The Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice and as a Senior Coordinator at the University of Southern California. Queena has a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Vermont, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. Queena is also the founder of Created by Queena where Queena practices as a Calligraphy and Engraving Artist.
