Patrice Hatcher has extensive experience in leadership development, education, and service in the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at the Michigan Association of School Boards since October 2009, Patrice teaches courses on generational diversity and persuasive skills. Previous roles include Senior Leadership Development Consultant at McLaren Health Care, where responsibilities included creating and implementing leadership development processes aligned with strategic initiatives, and facilitating programs and coaching. Patrice also served as a Retired School Board Trustee for Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools, holding the position of President in 2016 and receiving several awards for advocacy. Additional academic involvement includes teaching health care administration courses at the University of Michigan-Flint. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Michigan-Flint.
