Michael Salciccioli

Michael Salciccioli is a Business Lending Manager at Michigan Business Connection. Prior to this role, Michael has served as a Credit Analyst, Financial Analyst, and completed a Financial Analyst Internship at the same company. Michael also worked as an OASE Foreman at Boy Scouts of America, where Michael supervised and taught groups of young men in leadership skills, resulting in significant service hours at the New River National River. Additionally, Michael contributed to writing guidelines for future participants of the Order of the Arrow Summit Experience, establishing a new standard for all Order of the Arrow High Adventure bases nationwide. Michael studied at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2016 to 2020.
