Kathleen Bair

Kathleen Bair has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Michigan City Area Schools since August 1999. Responsibilities include lesson planning across multiple grade levels, classroom management, preparing Individualized Indiana Education Plans (IIEPs), fostering parent communication, providing one-on-one student counseling, and participating in the RTI Behavior Committee. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as a waitress at Swingbelly's from April 2006 to August 2008 and served as a teacher at Charter Hospital from May 1994 to September 1997. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Purdue University Northwest, obtained between 1988 and 1992, and pursued studies at Indiana University Bloomington from 1984 to 1986.
