Marc Kruse

Marc Kruse has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades, starting from their time as a Project Engineer for Automotive Joining Technologies at Thyssenkrupp in 1998. Marc then worked as an R&D Engineer for BiW Laser Joining and a Senior Project Manager for large scale turnkey System Projects. After that, they became the Head of Project Management North America and the Regional Business Manager Sales and Service. Marc co-founded B+K International LLC in 2014, where they were a Co-Founder and built good partnerships in the North American and German markets. In 2020, they started MK Consult, LLC, where they were the Company Owner. Marc then worked as a Sales and Business Development Executive at Arrow Automation and was also a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2022, they also co-founded DATAcrue LLC and BEK Structures LLC. Most recently, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Blackstone Technology before joining Michigan Custom Machines as their Chief Commercial Officer.

Marc Kruse obtained a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Mechanical Engineering - Production Technologies from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences. Marc also holds several additional certifications, including Ashridge Executive Sales Management from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, Maintenance Training for HL3006D Haas Laser from TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG, Competencies 2000plus from ThyssenKrupp, Project Management Techno from Prolog, Alabama General Contractors License from Alabama office for General Contractor Licenses, and CATIA V4 Designer.
